    Sark

Sark is a small island not far from the Channel Island of Guernsey. I was captivated by the beautiful nature and raw scenery on the island, especially the cliffs and rocks down by the sea. The narrow dirt roads are only suitable for horses, bicycles, or tractors. With such limited forms of transport around the island, it felt a bit like going back in time. It’s as if the cliffs symbolize the island’s resistance against becoming like the rest of the more modern and busy western world. The photographs were all shot on 120 film using a Diana camera.
